The Department of Media and Communication of the RoyalUniversity of Phnom Penh (RUPP) aims to be Cambodia’s premier academic training institutions for media professionals and a media training centre for media practitioners and communications specialists with regional recognition. Comin Khmere has been appointed to operate mechanical,precision air conditioning, electrical, fire fighting (FM200) and civil works of DMC Servers Room. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of October 2011. The civil contractor is SEA-UNION.
